Having lived a full life, with sadness we announce the passing of Irma Pankrac on Saturday, January 21st, 2017 at the age of 83. A devoted mother of 7 children. Survived by Peter (Connie), Annette (Andrew), Harold Michael (Peggy), Klaus, Giselle (Jimmy), Tom (Yvonne), Sarah (Tim). Proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren, Nicole, Joshua, Jonathan (Natalie), Melissa (Francis), Judith (Simon), Jason (Stephanie), Yanik, Melanie (Jacques), Dylan, Logan, Jesse, Evan, Olivia and Ross. She radiated much happiness when her great grandchildren Zachary, Audrey, Vincent, Laurie, Arnaud, Felix, Jacob, Cole and Blake were near. Irma was a strong believer in the Word of God, she loved cooking, gardening and reading. She was always thrilled to be able to participate in our yearly family reunions. Visitation will be held at Thornton Cemetery and Funeral Centre 1200 Thornton Rd N., Oshawa, 905-579-6787 (entrance off Dryden) on Sunday, January 29th, 2017 from 6pm to 8 pm and Monday, January 30th from 10 am to 11am with service beginning at 11am.
