FOWLER, Iris Laura

Iris passed away peacefully at Wynfield Retirement Home in Oshawa on July 13, 2023 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of Floyd Fowler. Predeceased by her siblings George, Roy, Arnold, Isobel, Martha, Robert, John and Enid. Iris worked as a press operator in the Wiring and Harness Department at GM. She retired in 1981 with the ambition to go to every mall in Ontario with her sister Martha. Iris will be truly missed by all who knew her. As per her own wishes, cremation has taken place and the family wish to bury her cremated remains at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, (South of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd, 905-579-6787).

I miss you every day. I miss our card games and outings. The memories l have will last me forever.
We sure laughed alot. You taught me to cook ..for that l thank you. You taught me how precious a marriage is..for that 💓 l thank you.
You never complained about anything. Always positive. Thank you for the memories.
God needed an Angel so He called 🙏 you.
