It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dr. Hossein Jalali-Kushki on February 13, 2024. He left us peacefully, surrounded by family and loved ones.

Hossein leaves behind a loving family: His wife Shamsi Amirpour, daughters Narges and Yasaman Jalali-Kushki, son-in-law Jean-Rene Gagnon, and grandchildren Eila, Lauleh, Azalea and Lilia. He was also a devoted and caring son, brother, uncle, and friend who cherished his many relationships.

He will be laid to rest at 2 pm on Friday February 16 at York Cemetery in Toronto, Ontario. A celebration of life will follow at 3 pm. Details can be found below.
