In memory of

Horace Nathaniel Kellman

May 18, 1942 -  May 31, 2024

"The beautiful Soul, known as Horace Nathaniel Kellman, entered this world on May 18th, 1942 in St. Joseph, Barbados. It may have been his combined intense desire to succeed and supersede that ignited his highly ambitious nature and sheer determination to seek his new life with confidence when he traveled to England. The adventure had him cross the seas from Barbados to England by sea where he would later serve as a Seaman in England along with an Army Reserve for the Queen of England.

England was a new world for him, however, he flourished with all the trades he acquired, up until that point in his life. Thereafter, he eventually relocated to Toronto, Canada in the late 60's. The practical skills acquired soon inspired Horace to utilize his dictatorial capabilities, sharp attention to detail and concentration to create his own Entrepreneural ventures; of which he created a total of four (4). The dedication he devoted to not only his professional life, immediate & extended family, the church and the overall community was his mission because he was motivated by the "walk" of his biological father and the biblical theme of Jesus, which he believed was to always be of service. So much so that post-retirement, he created a charity mission & launched a weekly service of feeding the hungry. Horace's freshly homemade soup along with other donated foods from reputable business were served to the homeless in the streets of downtown Toronto, Canada, enthusiastically from the back of his car; rain, shine, sleet or snow. On the streets he is famously known & fondly referred to as "The Soup Man".

In his lifetime; from his two matrimonial marriages, he is the Father of two beloved daughters Sharon Kellman & Karen Kellman; his two surrogate sons: Chris Kerr & the late Kevin who were truly instrumental in his life parentally & professionally. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Empress Mahkeda; Empress Nyla & Akiel Kellman."
