Max, my dear friend you'll be greatly missed. We often said that we "would always have Paris." After being introduced to each other in Paris I enjoyed exploring the city with you. What fun days. I'll greatly miss our telephone conversations--some lasting 3 hours.

To Paul, Julie and the rest of your family and friends, I'm so sorry for your loss.

Much love,
Marialee

Maxine was my dear dear friend for over 30 years. We initially met in Africa (Namibia) in 1991. Since then, we have managed to meet every few years either in France or in Canada. Since 2014, both of us could not, unfortunately, travel any more but we kept in touch via long phone calls, the last one being at the end of this January.
We were very different and still very close.
I had hoped we could meet one more time in Canada in the next future.
My dear Maxine, you will be remembered very fondly in France by our whole family.
Isabelle
