It is with great sadness that we announce that Helen Kondaredjian, born on May 26, 1936, in Beirut, Lebanon, gracefully departed this world on Friday, December 8, 2023, in Toronto, Canada. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Helen’s unwavering love created a collection of cherished memories for all those who were lucky to know her.

She embraced life's journey, moving to Toronto in the early 1980s, where she became the matriarch of a loving family. Helen is survived by her children Tina (Patrick), Philip (Monda), Dany (Gisele), and Robert (Maral). Her legacy extends through her adoring grandchildren: Yervant, Alline, Colline (Sean), Marina, Selena, Hellena (Norek), Elena, Daniel, Emily, and Jax.

Helen's passion for family brought them together, fostering bonds that will endure beyond her earthly presence. Her culinary skills and keen eye for fashion reflected her vibrant spirit and left an indelible mark on those she touched. Above all, her relationship with God was paramount; she was a devout Christian, and her faith illuminated every aspect of her life.

A Funeral Service to honour Helen will be held on Thursday, December 14th, at 11 am at the Armenian Evangelical Church at 2600 14th Avenue, Markham. Following the service, she will find her eternal rest at the Elgin Mills Cemetery at 1591 Elgin Mills Rd E, Richmond Hill.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Armenian Evangelical Church, a gesture that resonates with Helen's lifelong commitment to faith and her community.
