In memory of

Heather Robinson

November 12, 1946 -  September 6, 2023

Heather J. Robinson (nee Penhale) in her 76th year, died in hospital surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. Daughter of Ross & Helen Penhale (nee Smith), sister of Carol Penhale & Ross Penhale, mother of Adam Robinson (Sarah) and Brandon Robinson (Annie), grandmother of Abigail, Nicholas, Henry and Jack. A lifelong resident of Toronto’s east end, Heather was an avid political and community activist, a founder of the Scarborough Block Parents & Confederation Park Community Associations, and a charter member of the Scarborough real estate Breakfast Club, overseeing its many charitable outreach programs. Well known in real estate circles as a top producer, Heather spent the majority of her professional life matching people with their forever homes, making many dear friends along the way. Away from her professional accolades, Heather enjoyed sewing, cooking and entertaining making many costumes and cherished culinary memories for friends and family. She watched every inning of Blue Jays baseball she could consume, knowing sometimes more about the game than the guys on TV! Heather was also a devoted Trekkie, volunteering her time at Trek conventions and amassing a huge collection of memorabilia and autographs. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Heather’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Sunshine Kids Foundation.

Very saddened to hear of another life cut short by cancer. Heather was always loved and admired in our family. I have fond memories of our High School days at MPSS.
May your happy memories carry you through this time of grief.
Love, Delma
