Doug and I are very grateful to Dad for all the generosity he showed our family over the years. He was a quiet man with a wry sense of humour. He was very stoic and never complained, despite all the medical setbacks he had. He had a very strong will to live and enjoyed his life. Rest in Peace Harold.

Uncle Harold was a kind man with a quick wit. He had a great love of family and the outdoors - spending many years camping or enjoying the sites and sounds of Muskoka. I had the good fortune to speak with him several times this past year which was most enjoyable. I hope he enjoys a peace after a long and fruitful life.
