Gwen passed away peacefully at her residence at Retirement Suites by the lake. Predeceased by her beloved husband Harold, mother and father Ada and William Fadden and brother John Fadden. Much loved mother to Janice (Brian), Lisa (Howard) and Wendy (Ricky). Adored Grammy to Lindsay, Darlene, Stephanie, Josh, Johnathon and Alyssa. Special Great-Grammy to Dallas, Nevaeh and Payton.

Friends and family will be received at Pine Hills Funeral Centre 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave E.) on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 2pm-5pm. Due to COVID-19 Room capacity is limited to maintaining physical distancing requirements and use of Face Coverings are mandatory while inside all facilities.
A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 1pm with a visitation from 12pm-1pm. Interment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Scarborough General Hospital Volunteer Department would be appreciated.
