胡遇英 Guy Ying Quon

June 24, 1927 -  December 21, 2021

The world lost a beloved mother, “Ma” on December 21, 2021. She devoted her 94 years of life to her family and is survived by her five children - Lynn (Ken), Louise (Alec), Ming (Monique), Kint (Alison) and Noleen. Besides her children, Ma was a dear Popo (grandmother) to James (Raees), Michael, Kevin, Jason, Christal and Kimberley, and loving Bak Bak (great-grandmother) to Nadia, Gavin and Cole. Guy Ying is also survived by her loving brother, Kai Dick Woo and late sister-in-law Louise Woo, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dip Ying, and her father, Sakdon Woo and mother, Sue Yee Woo.

Private visitation (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) and private funeral (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) followed by internment, will be held at Pine Hills Funeral Centre & Cemetery in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada on Thursday, December 30th, 2021. Family and friends are invited to join the live broadcast via this memorial site. The link will be live at 10:45 AM.

Due to the current Covid situation we will not be gathering for a lunch reception. A future celebration of life will be planned for a later date when we can all gather safely. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to a charity of your choice, in her name.
