魏国卿 GuoQing Wei

GuoQing Wei was born in 1945 and passed away in 2023. She is the daughter of YuZhen Wei and Yi Zhou, the younger sister of GuoBing Wei, GuoJun Wei and elder sister of GuoShi Wei. In 1964 she started her employment and retired in 1990. She was married to late KuanDao Le in 1970 and in 1974 had her only daughter Gu Le. In 2000 she was found with kidney failure but luckily received her transplant kidney in 2001. In 2015 she joined her daughter and son-in-law in Canada as an immigrant and enjoyed a peaceful life in Canada。
GuoQing is a proclaimed Buddhist and active donator. She is a loving mother and sister and very talented in cooking and arts. Her calmness and optimism in facing challenges in health throughout her life often inspires people around her.
Her simple funeral is arranged as she wished at York Cemetery and Funeral Center on August 27, 2023 from 9:30 to 10:00.
魏国卿，生于1945年，逝于2023年。父亲魏予珍，母亲周毅，兄长魏国秉，魏国钧，小弟魏国仕。1964年参加工作，1990年提前退休。1970年与乐宽道结婚，1974年生女儿乐谷。2000年罹患尿毒症，2001年进行肾脏移植手术，2015年移民加拿大与女儿女婿团聚，颐养天年。
她是一个皈依的佛教徒，乐善好施。一位有爱心的母亲和姐妹，擅长烹饪和艺术。她坦然乐观地面对多年来的疾病的态度鼓舞了身边的人。
按照她的生前愿望，国卿简单的葬礼安排在：加拿大多伦多市的约克墓葬中心，时间为多伦多时间8月27日早9：30 - 10：00 （中国时间为同一日晚上21:30 - 22:00）。
