Karen Anne Green

October 21, 1955 - January 12, 2020

On January 12, 2020, Karen was reunited with the love of her life, Jim.
Karen was a proud wife and missed her husband Jim who passed on December 5, 2017. She was an even prouder Mom to Becky (Joel) Filiault of Tilbury, Ont and Stacey (Mark) Almeida of Burlington, Ont. She adored her three grandkids, Isadora, Wyatt, amd Simon, who will miss her dearly.

Karen was born in Oakville Ontario to The late Roy Minaker and Betty (Barry) Gunby. She was the eldest of four siblings, Chris (Cyndy) Minaker of Dundas, Ont, Sandy Brown of Waterdown, Ont, and Mandy Barbosa of Hamilton, Ont. She will be missed by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. But especially her fur baby, Tootsie. She had a love for Elvis Presley and hosting holidays and dinners. She had a passion and talent for cooking and baking and loved entertaining.
