Time: Memorial Service starting at 11:00 a.m with reception to follow
Location: BEECHWOOD CEMETERY AND MAUSOLEUM, 7241 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K 1A7 (Jane South of Hwy 407 on East side)

Service will be held in the MAUSOLEUM OF THE MADONNA (turn left when you enter the cemetery driveway)

Live flowers are not permitted in the mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to the COPD Foundation Canada are welcome (https://www.copdfoundation.org/). Thank you.
