Gordon William Seaban

July 5, 1941 -  October 10, 2018

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gordon share his peaceful passing. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 52 years, Joyce, and sister Barbara Starnes. Gordon was a wonderful father to Michael (Michelle) and Kimberley Adel (Scott) and loving grandpa to Hanna, Jacob, Courtney, Kristen, Siobhan, Laura, Leeland and Lachlan.

Gord enjoyed many hobbies including gardening, stamp collecting, sports, music and trains.

Gord was a caring , generous and gentle man. His strongest love was for his family.

The family is very grateful for the care provided by the staff at Markham Stouffville Hospital.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 18th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and Friday, October 19th from 11:00am to noon, at Thornton Cemetery & Funeral Centre, 1200 Thornton Road N, Oshawa.

A service to honour Gordon will be held in the chapel in the Funeral Centre at 12:00pm followed by the burial.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Diabetes Canada or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
