March 1, 1951 - February 18, 2017

Peacefully after a short illness at Fairhaven Home in Peterborough. Predeceased by his wife Susan, loving son of the late Harold and Florence Hamilton. Predeceased by sisters Joyce, Shirley, and Jacqueline. Gord will be truly missed by many nieces and nephews and extended family, he will be remembered by many for his determination to succeed in any endeavour he took on and he never set limitations on himself or used his disability as a barrier. Special thanks to the staff of Fairhaven for all the wonderful care provided to Gord. Visitation will be held for Gord at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Friday February 24 from 10am – 11am Followed immediately by a service at 11am. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Ontario Cerebral Palsy Federation. www.etouch.ca
