In memory of

Glenn McGregor Davis

March 20, 2025

Glenn McGregor Davis. Peacefully, on March 20, 2025, in his 74th year. Mourned by his loving wife Brigitte Bogar and their daughter Victoria, who cared for him to the end. Survived by his former spouse Heather and their daughter Shannon, sister Joanne, and large extended family. Predeceased by his parents Merritt and Edith Davis. A graduate of U of T (B.Sc.) and Queens U (LL.B.), Glenn greatly enjoyed multiple, overlapping careers in the law and related fields helping clients build practical plans that addressed what was important to them. In 2022, he retired from active business to focus on family, friends, and paying forward his many, many blessings through various Toronto service organizations and neighbourhood acts of charity. Glenn’s sharp intellect, quick wit, and unique sense of humour made every conversation with him one to remember. He was a gifted pianist and shared his love for music both at home, where holiday get-togethers inevitably became spirited singalongs, and in front of larger audiences as an accompanist to Brigitte’s vocal performances.
When asked how things were going, Glenn often quoted the succinct wisdom of idol Wolfe D. Goodman, QC: “Much to be grateful for.” We are grateful to have had him with us as long as we did.
A Celebration of Glenn's life will be held at The Danish Lutheran Church, 72 Finch Avenue West, Toronto on April 5th at 1.00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider an online donation to Camp Scugog.

Every moment that I spent with Glenn was filled with lively conversation, enjoyment of being “in the moment” and appreciating friendship and love. His joy and devotion to Victoria and Brigitte shone brightly.

Much love and sympathy,

Ellen Dolgin

May the life of Glenn be a cherished memory to friends like myself, and may his loving kindness be ever-present for Victoria and Brigitte.

We didn't have enough time with you, but the time we did have was special. You will be remembered with love.
