Suddenly, at home, on Friday, September 2nd, 2022 in his 68th year. Glenn was predeceased by parents William and Doris Penny, brother David, and sister Cindy Fortner (Brian) and will be dearly missed by siblings Doug Penny and Linda Wilding; nieces Tracy, Lisa and Rachael; nephews Rob, Jason and Jeffrey; as well as four great-nieces and three great-nephews.

Glenn grew up in a family who loved playing card games and one of his greatest pleasures in life was playing euchre and cribbage with his family and friends. He dearly loved animals and nature and his favourite go-to spot was Algonquin Park for campsites, amazing trails and Bartlett Lodge. He was also a big football fan and at the time of his death was looking forward to the start of the season.

The family extends thanks to his wonderful neighbours and to his faithful friends in Toronto and at the South Pickering Seniors Club.

Family and friends are invited to attend the gravesite service to be held Saturday, September 10th at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Lane, Willowdale ON, M2H 3K4.
