Giuseppe "Joe" Simone

March 21, 1956 - May 30, 2018

Giuseppe (Joe) Simone left us suddenly on May 30, 2018 with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife Linda Simone (nee Marsh), his son Scott Lynch and daughter Holly Simone, sister Lucy Guida, twin brother Lou Simone (Jane), grandchildren Kyla and Ethan Lynch, nieces and nephews Philip Guida (Lorena), Enza Guida, Anthony Guida, John Martin, Joey Simone and great nephews Luca and Mateo Guida. Joe will also be missed by his brother-in-law Doug Marsh, niece Krista (Lee), great niece Mischa & nephews Lucas & Thomas, sister-in-law Kim Fitzgerald (Paul), nephews PJ and Andrew (Emily), and great nephew Fallon
Joe worked at DEL Equipment for almost 40 years and his work was a great part of his life.
I would like to thank all his Doctors and Nurses, D Wing 2nd and 4th Floors at Sunnybrook Hospital for the care they gave Joe. Also, Dr. Flora Riccuiti, Dr. Shelley Albert, Dr. Tanna, Dr. Randi Rose and the Home Dialysis staff.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Cancer Society or Sunnybrook Hospital Nephrology Department.

Deepest condolences from Jim Davis and myself. I always remember the fun times we had in Newfoundland at the Legion Convention. His cheery smile and wry humour will be missed. My thoughts are with all the family.
