Beloved wife of the late George Soo.
Gim Gee was born in Guangdong province, China.
Loving mother of Elizabeth, Frances (Peter Hovenier), Betsy (Scott Leva) and David.
Dear grandmother to Georgia and Blaine.
Her love, wisdom, and guidance will be remembered by all whose lives she touched.

Thank you, mom, for always supporting me and being there.
Thank you for guiding me on how to live life, from being independent, respecting character, remaining honest, working hard, being content with little, value family, practice altruism, express gratitude and track spending.

The house is not the same without you Popo. Even as you simply sat at the table eating, your presence and strength was so prominently felt by everyone around. You are missed everyday. I remember your hugs, although they never lasted too long they enveloped me with warmth and comfort. You always made sure I had enough to eat and had the most of my favorite dishes. I always knew you were on my side, even if you didn't always understand me. There was a twinkle in your eye that we shared every time our eyes met. You are the strongest woman I know and I hope I can carry that strength within me for the rest of my life. I love you so much and you will always live close to my heart.
