Geri, a beloved woman known for her kindness, warmth, and talent and humour, peacefully passed away on September 9, 2024. Born on February 8, 1927, Geri's life was a testament to love, laughter, and an unyielding passion for the arts and the well-being of others.

Geri was a devoted mother to her daughter, Judy, and a cherished aunt to her nieces and nephews: David, Julie, Ken, Jan, Cindy, Joy, and Phyllis. She was predeceased by her dear husband, Ben, and her daughter, Debi.

A woman of remarkable creativity and talent, Geri made significant contributions as a pianist, composer, playwright, artist, actor, and drama teacher. Her artistic endeavors enriched the lives of many, and her legacy will continue to inspire those who knew her.

A graveside service will be held at the Elgin Mills Cemetery, Oraynu (scattering garden) Congregation section on Friday Septmeber 20 at 1:30pm, followed by a Reception at 2:30pm.

To honour Geri's memory, donations can be made to Toronto Humane Society
Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.

Geri was an amazing person with such classic grace and a wonderful sense of humor. I am so fortunate to have known her. The stories she told if her youth made me feel like I was there. She was a special lady and so wonderful to those around her.
