We are so sorry for your loss. Gerry will be sadly missed in our corner of the world as well! From the moment he and Lynda moved in, they embraced the neighbourhood and opened up their home for an annual winter solstice gathering. Gerry helped bring life to our end of the street: partaking in road hockey with our young son, his vibrancy, kindness, enthusiasm, and perfect patterns in his grass always brought smiles and sunshine to our end of the street. Thank you for sharing Gerry with us.
His laugh, his mischievous way, his green helmet and of course, his love of curling. I will miss it all.
Such a great person. Farewell, Gerry Barker.
Our sincerest condolences to the family. We will miss curling and golfing with our friend.
Very sorry to learn of the loss of this lovely person. He will be sorely missed. I remember Linda telling someone at a family gathering that someone had asked her what little Jackie's favourite toy was, and Linda said, "I'd have to say, it is Gerry." He was an involved grandfather as well as father and they children and grandchildren were lucky to have had him in their lives.
Lynda, and Family
We were so sorry to hear of Gerry’s passing. He will be truly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Many great memories will alway stay with us.
Love
