It is with great sadness that the family of Georgia Kastanis announces her passing on Monday, March 6, 2023. Georgia will be forever remembered by her husband of 64 years, George; children Cathy (Peter) and Alexander (Marisa); grandchildren Stephanie, Alexandria, and Georgia.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the ELGIN MILLS FUNERAL CENTRE, 1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill (SE corner of Elgin Mills and Leslie) 905-737-1720. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 starting at 10:00 a.m. at St. Panteleimon Greek Orthodox Church of Markham, 11323 Warden Ave., Markham. An interment to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the name of Georgia Kastanis to the Mackenzie Health Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
