George and Joe were
firefighter Buddies and we all became friends and had many good times. We were so proud of our Families. Good memories are always there.
We are sorry and heartbroken that we cannot attend this Celebration of Life for dear Aunt Elsie and Uncle George. Our hearts were filled with love and happiness everytime we were with or spoke with Aunt Elsie and Uncle George. They were very kind, generous and loving to our family. They adored and loved eachother and their daughters, Dale and Karen, whom they were so very proud of. Their love of their families and grandchildren was also shown as they proudly spoke of so often.
I remember Aunt Elsie knitting beautiful sweaters for Dale and Karen, and when they outgrew them I was fortunate to receive them. Aunt Elsie also loved her Jujubes candy! Uncle George was such a kind and gentle man. In fact, he was the only person I would allow to pull out my baby teeth when they became loose.
I have a lot of wonderful and fun memories of my dear Aunt Elsie and Uncle George along with the rest of my family. We will miss them tremendously but they will always hold a very special place in our hearts and memories.
Our condolences to Dale & Randy, Karen & Brian and their families.
Love always,
Cathy, Ralph, Troy, Cara and Michelle & Emmy

We had a "happy hour" yesterday and were remembering all our friends at Riviera. I decided to phone but the number was not in service which led me to believe George and Elsie had "moved on." We had wonderful times here and we kept in touch by phone over the summers.
They were wonderful friends and we were privileged to have had them in our lives. Sincerely, Sharron Stevens and friends from the park.
