Our family sends our condolences to your entire family.
Geroge was one of a kind and has left a great family legacy.
🕊️ In Loving Memory of Mr. George Tsuyuki 🕊️
I was just 17 years old when I walked into G&G Electronics for the first time in 1979, proud to have saved up enough to buy a Sansui stereo system. That system still works to this day—a testament not only to its craftsmanship, but to the care and excellence Mr. Tsuyuki poured into his business.
George wasn't just a salesman—he was a legend. A man whose warmth and integrity turned every transaction into a meaningful connection. You didn't just leave G&G with a product; you left with a smile, a story, and often the "Family Discount" long before that was ever a thing.
What made G&G special wasn't just the electronics—it was the spirit of family George fostered. I remember how he spoke proudly of his son at Western University, and later, of his granddaughter’s Olympic skiing aspirations. His wife often finished his sentences, their shared smiles reflecting the quiet joy of a life well lived together.
Commuting past the big Sony billboard on Kingston Road, I'd see his face up there—smiling, familiar, iconic. And it always made me smile too.
To Gary, Steve, and the entire Tsuyuki family: my deepest condolences on the loss of your father, uncle, and mentor. His legacy lives on in the memories he created and the lives he touched—including mine.
Forever grateful, A longtime customer and admirer Brian Carrington
