It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George, husband of the late Stavroula Parigoris, father to Christina (Dennis), Mary (Adam), Danny (Gina). Grandfather to Elene, Theo (Angela), George, Stephanie, Peter (Hayley), Ted, and Lauren.
George came to Canada from Greece in 1954, he was instrumental in helping his family also emigrate. He was a hard working fighter that believed in family.
He passed peacefully on Sunday April 18 at the age of 95. He is predeceased by his sister Ekaterina (Taso), Maria (Kosta), Pandeli (Tasia), Angeliki (Peter), and survived by Stavro (Voula) and Vasiliki (George) and many nieces and nephews whom he loved.
