In memory of

George Giantsopoulos

December 12, 1939 -  July 28, 2022

In loving memory of George Giantsopoulos, who passed away peacefully on July 28, 2022. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Soula Giantsopoulos. Loving father to Peter (Lisa), Jim (Hristina) and Michael (Maria). Proud grandfather to eleven and great-grandfather to one. His memory will be treasured in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.

One of the kindest souls, George was a gentle, giving man who worked tirelessly to ensure that his family had everything they needed. He faced every challenge in life with admirable strength and courage.

Early in life, George learned the importance of hard work and he instilled that same work ethic in all that followed him. He always had a story to tell that would put a smile on your face. He was a role model to his family and taught them the importance of love, hard work, and respect. Always there to offer support and encouragement to his children and grandchildren.

George, you are now at peace, you will live on forever in our hearts. You are loved very much.

Rest in peace.

I will always remember visiting Uncle George’s house around Christmas where he’d discreetly tuck $5 in mine and my brothers hands, where we’d grow up shooting hockey pucks in the hallway, where he worked at the restaurant and always said or did something to make me laugh. He really and truly did always put a smile on your face. Such fond memories. Forever in my memories - my deepest condolences to the family.
