George will always be remembered for his unwavering loyalty to all. He had a heart of gold and was a big softie despite his outward appearance of being a “tough guy”. My family and I were fortunate to have had such an amazing individual in our lives. We will miss him more than words can express and send our love and condolences to his family.
I met George back in 2004 from the GTAMotorcycle forum. Online he was known as Yoshi. He was a solid guy, easy to talk to, kind, and boy did he have a lot of great stories about Toronto and motorcycles in Toronto from back in the day! I always enjoyed our conversations and laughing with him. He will be missed!
You will be missed by all your friends. You have touched so many people with your kindness. Always going out out your way to help others and expecting nothing in return. So long my friend...
I really truly am honored and thankful to have had the time I had with you, you were always someone I hoped I would run into when going to a meet. I'll never forget you, Kevin and I standing at Tim Hortons waiting for people to show up to hang out, thank you for being the great friend you were. I can still hear your laugh and will try and remember you that way. Love you Yoshi, you will be missed.
So sad to hear. I knew George from his involvement with the motorcycle community. A good guy who was always friendly and ready to chat with anyone. He made everyone around him feel at home. He will be missed.
My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
