Peacefully passed away with family by his side on Friday, December 16, 2016. Born in Poliplantanos, Florina. Beloved husband of the late Anna. Devoted father of Chris (Vasa) and Freda (Paul) Papakonstantinou. Cherished grandfather of Anne, Tom, Mary (Paul) and Irene (Harry). Loving great grandfather of 7.

Visitation will take place at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Monday, December 19, 2016 from 3-8pm. Funeral Service on Tuesday, December 20th at 11am with visitation 1 hour prior service. Interment to follow.

I was sorry to learn about Gabriel's passing. He used to call us and speak with me, calling me "Maroula". I will remember his sweet voice and kind manner. My parents used to pick up Gabriel and take him to places like the Pickering Town Centre. He often returned the favour by giving us vegetables from his garden. May he rest in peace under the sovereign care of our Lord and Saviour.
