In memory of

Gary Triandafilou

August 11, 1948 -  May 25, 2021

It is with profound sadness and heartache that GARY TRIANDAFILOU, born August 11, 1948 Toronto, Ontario passed away peacefully on May 25th in the comfort of his own home in Peterborough at the age of 72.

Gary, loving and extremely missed son of the late Spiros and Stoina (May) Triandafilou. Dear brother to Mary O'Donnell and the late Eva (Chris) Giamos and the late Alex Triandafilou (Moira) and special Uncle to Darren O'Donnell (Christy), Kelly Indzevski (Bill), Deborah Triandafilou, Linda Giamos (Paul), and Andrew Giamos (Milka). Great Uncle to Laiken, Noah, Evan and Jamie.

Gary was a "father" figure to Darren and Kelly and played a very close an special role in their lives. Gary will be remembered for his energy, along with this great sense of humour, infectious laugh and love he had for being up North at the cottage. He loved going to auctions, and was known for his fancy dance moves, but most importantly was always around for this family. He will be missed terribly by everyone who knew him, especially his long-life friends.

He will be buried on June 1, 2021 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery surrounded by his family and will be a private service. In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to a foundation of your choice.

There is a hole in my heart forever. I can't describe how I feel at this moment. It is too painful to know that you are not here with me. You are always in my thoughts and there are always constant reminders every day. I love you so much.
