Garland Kwan passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. She is survived by her loving partner Jay Baiocco, parents Nancy and Seba Kwan, siblings Cassandra Kwan and Guy Kwan (Emily Lawson), her four-legged love Harley Quinn, and many more family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 21st from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Further visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 22nd from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 22nd at 11 a.m., followed by burial and a reception scheduled from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. All observances will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, ON, M4T 2V8.
