Passed away peacefully on May 2, 2018 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Mildred, and Brother to Raymond. Loving father to Glen, Barry (Lee-Anne), Sharon (Mark), Diane (Spencer). Proud Papa to nine grandchildren and one great-grandson. Visitation to be held at the Meadowvale Cemetery (7732 Mavis rd. Brampton ON) Saturday May 12, 2018 at 1:00pm, followed by a memorial service at 2:00pm. Reception to follow. Donations in Jack’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
