On Tuesday, April 20th, 2021, after a long battle with cancer, our beloved father Fred Orlowski died peacefully in the presence of his loving wife Ewa and my sister Lilianna and I, at the age of 74.
He achieved many wonderful things throughout his life, but he always said that his greatest achievement was his family, wife, daughters and his beloved grandchildren Wiktor, Konrad, Adam, Eden and Leo.
He absolutely loved music and playing his guitar. He loved entertaining and opening his doors to family and friends for weekend visits at his favourite place on this earth, his cottage. It's no wonder anyone who knew him said that he always had a smile on his face and had a great sense of humour.
Our lives will never be the same and the emptiness and loss we feel we hope to fill with the memories that we are lucky to have made with him. Those will forever live in our hearts. May you rest in eternal peace our dear father. We all love you so much.
"Snow fell this morning
It was calm but not quiet
Memories came down tumbling
Knocked the door wide open
And I was expecting you,
To smile in the doorway
But it was just the wind
Carrying sound of lakes water."

A link to watch the mass is posted at the bottom of this page.
With our whole hearts, we are devastated that we cannot have our entire family be with us to pay tribute to our fathers life and give you your own personal moment to say goodbye. We are only limited to 8 people for mass plus the priest and organist. We are deeply sorry for this and disappointed that this is the life the government's decisions have led us to. This is wrong.
You are however going to be able to join the mass virtually using the link at the bottom of this page. I'm sorry that we can't gather together and give my father the mass he deserves and say our goodbyes the way we should all have the right to do. I hope you join virtually and we hope to have a celebration of his life in future months.
In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation to a charity of your choice.
Thank you all for your love and support during such a heartbreaking time in our lives.
