Begitsch, Franziska (nee Fance) – Passed away at home surrounded by family on December 23, 2023 at the age of 99 years. Survived by daughters Jo-Ann and Angie, and other relatives in Slovenia and Austria. Predeceased by her husband Jozo. Mom was an incredible cook and baker, best known for her “clouds”, fried chicken and buttery soft cookies. She was an amazing seamstress, and one of the original DIYers. There was never a project she wouldn’t tackle and fix. She was a kind person, and always willing to help others. She was a beautiful, smart and strong woman.
