Frank Koenig, 83, of Scarborough, passed away comfortably at home on April 10, 2022.

Frank was born in Belgium on March 7, 1939, then brought with his family to Canada where he was raised in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan, then Midland, Ontario. As an adult, Frank resided for over 60 years in Scarborough.

Frank will be forever remembered by his daughters: Kim, Sheri and Karen, his grandchildren: Jordan, Jessica, Joshua, Megan, Timothy and Hannah, and many other relatives and friends.

Frank is survived by his wife, Marlene Catling, and his sisters Eva and Sheila. He is predeceased by his brother Vern and twin brother Johnny.

Frank was a Steamfitter by trade, and a member of Local 46 since 1958.

Frank was always active, puttering around the house and yard endlessly. He loved to relax watching many sports and enjoyed playing golf.

Frank will rest peacefully at Pine Hills Cemetery after cremation and a private internment service.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date to be decided.
