In memory of

Francesco Falsetti

March 3, 1933 -  August 3, 2020

God called Francesco on August 3, 2020 at the age of 87.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife of 53 years, Maria (nee De Rose) and his two daughters, Giulia and Rosamaria, who adored him.
Francesco came to Canada in 1953 to find a better life for himself. As a new immigrant, he faced many challenges with determination and drive. He married Maria in 1967 and they worked hard together to build their home. He was very proud of his daughters whom he supported as they pursued their education and enjoyed spending time with them. Francesco was a strong and quiet man who faced illness for almost 30 years and his devoted wife was his primary caregiver. Francesco was a generous man who was always happy to help everyone in need. He enjoyed having company and sharing espresso and biscotti with family and friends.
Francesco will always be remembered by his sisters Carmela (Varone) and Ultimina (Bruni). He is now reunited in heaven with his parents, Pietro and Rosaria, as well as his brothers and sisters: Luigi, Giacinto, Mauro, Teresa and Maria.
Due to the restrictions surrounding the COVID 19 pandemic, please be advised that the maximum capacity at St. Lawrence Martyr Church is 80 people on a first come basis.

I've never had the pleasure of meeting Francesco. However, since I have known Giulia, she has spoken of him fondly and often.

My thoughts are with you Giulia, and the rest of your family during this difficult time.

Though, I never knew him or met him in person, I know and I work with his daughter- Giulia and I can say that she has a very kind heart...he definitely raised an amazing daughter who is always willing to help in any way she can and that tells a lot about Mr.Falsetti's personalty. My deepest and most sincere condolences are with the Falsetti family at this time. May God Almighty give you the fortitude to bear this loss.
