In memory of

Florella Saad

January 6, 1922 -  July 23, 2018

Florella Saad passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018 surrounded by her daughters. Loving wife to Charles Jacob (Jack) who predeceased her in 1992. Extraordinary mother to Nancy, Cathy and her husband Stan Ambrose and Jackie and her husband Merv Gillson. Proud grandmother of Jacob Gillson. Even through her long struggle with Alzheimer's, Florella stayed true to herself. She was unfailingly kind, sweet and loving. Thank you to the staff at The Houses of Providence where Florella resided for the past 13 years, for their kind and dignified care. A Visitation will take place on Friday, July 27th from 2-3 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Florella's life at 3 p.m. in the Chapel at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre (375 Mount Pleasant Road, East gate entrance). Interment will take place in Windsor, arrangements to be announced at a later date. Donations in Florella's memory to Doctors Without Borders would be appreciated.
