Fernando Espinoza Tricando

February 13, 1936 -  February 10, 2025

Fernando Espinoza Tricando, born on February 13 ,1936  in Linderos, Chile, passed away just shy of his 89th birthday on February 10th, 2025, in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Known affectionately as "negro" to friends and family, Fernando was a devoted husband to Ines Del Carmen and a loving father to his three daughters; Ines Fernanda, Margarita, and Alejandra. His legacy continues through his grandchildren; Mitchell, Nicolas, Gabriela, Carolina, Dylan, and Monsi.

A proud aircraft mechanic, Fernando dedicated his life to ensuring his daughters received a good education,. He was known for his warmth, kindness and story telling.. Fernando loved nothing more than spending time with his family and sharing joyful moments with loved ones. He had a deep passion for soccer and his favorite passtimes included watching soccer games and enjoying his favorite dishes, victec al lo pobre, pizza, rabbit stew and hamburgers.

An opera enthusiast, he often filled his home with music, yet he also found joy in watching classic shows like " El Chavo del Ocho“, Happening con Ja” and Western movies. Fernando loved living in Canada, but he never forgot his roots.

He was a man who radiated happiness, sharing his food and love with others. Rintintin and Leo, his beloved pets, brought him joy throughout his life. Fernando's gentle spirit and willingness to help others around him has left a lasting impact on those he encountered. His kindness, laughter, and devotion to family will be cherished and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
