In 1962, Fergus and Jean came to Canada to join his brother in creating a successful mink farm on the Oak Ridges Moraine, just south of the town of Uxbridge.
Fergus enjoyed travelling and loved to share stories about his adventures. He was a lover of nature, and religiously fed the birds every winter. He kept active during retirement by swimming 3 times a week at Uxpool in Uxbridge. He always had a positive attitude and smiled at everyone he met.
His road has come to an end. He will be missed.
