Ezinwanyi Florence Dinneya, beloved mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend to all who knew her, passed away on May 19, 2026 at the age of 52

Born January 23 1974, Ezinwanyi was the daughter of Victoria and Joseph Okwuonu. She met her husband Godson Dinneya and together they built a life.

Ezinwanyi was a devoted mother. She raised 6 children with equal parts tenderness, strength and a fierce love that never wavered. Her home was always warm with love and filled with the sound of her favourite music. When family gathered for the holidays Ezinwanyi was always there to lend a helping hand.

Ezinwanyi, was also a devoted student who achieved a Masters degree in Economics and was in the process of attaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree before her passing. She was passionate about agriculture and she devoted her leisure time to health and wellness. She could often be found making healthy recipes, exercising and encouraging her loved ones to do the same. Those who knew her will remember her impeccable taste in movies, music and fashion and will always have a song or movie to help them feel closer to her.

She is survived by her children Obinna, Tobechi, Akudo, Uruchi, Amy, and Chinweoke, and her mother, Victoria. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Okwuonu and her sister, Chinyere Stella Okwuonu.
