It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Evelyn Viola Nelson, in her 98th year. Wife of the late Albert Mancuso, mother of Valentino (Mary), Samuel (Virginia), Karen (Rod), Leo, Rosanna (Mark). Grandmother to Christopher, Emily, Matthew, Kristy, Aaron, Paul, Julie, Joseph, Michael, Lianna and Amanda. Great grandmother to Teresa Rose, Liam and Marley. Evelyn was born in Bergland, Ontario. She came to Toronto and worked at Inglis supporting the war effort. Evelyn met her future husband Albert at a dance. She was good-natured, hard-working, witty and wise as well as an excellent cribbage player. Even in her last days she could make us laugh and smile. Visitation, interment, reception and lunch will take place Wednesday, May 24 beginning at 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Toronto Ontario M1K 1R1. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
