Evdokia “Dusia” of Oshawa, Ontario passed away in her sleep into presence of her Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday November 30, 2024, at the age of 96. She was born on December 18, 1927, in Ukraine and came to Canada with her husband and daughter in 1989. She is predeceased by her husband Peter (1999). Beloved mother to her two daughters, Maria Bushmich (Vladimir) and Lyudmila Monroe (Jakob). She leaves behind her 5 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Evdokia was a long-time member of the Ukrainian Pentecostal Church (now Grace Church) here in Oshawa. The family would like to mention a very heartfelt thank you to the staff at Fosterbrooke Nursing Home in Newcastle, for their wonderful level of care and compassion.
