Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at the age of 77. Predeceased by his parents Dimitri and Panagiota. Loving father of Teta (Jeff Englund), John and Jim (predeceased). Proud Papou of Melina and Megan. He will be fondly remembered by his former spouse Glykeria and his sister-in-law Vasiliki and her husband Louis Marinis. Dear uncle of Elizabeth (Dean Drazso) and their son Nicholas, Yiouli (Tony Maiorano) and their daughter Sophia and Bill Hatzopoulos and his sons Justin, Brandon and Mitch. Evangelos enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family and friends. He will be missed by all that knew him both here in Canada and Greece. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
