In memory of

Epsibah Draggon

February 12, 1948 -  June 8, 2025

Epsibah Draggon was called home to glory on June 8, 2025. Epsibah was born on Feb. 12, 1948 in Bickerstith, St. James to the late Mr. Constantine Winston Swaby and Lucille Malcolm. Epsibah (Eppie/Epsie) was a kind and caring individual who touched the lives of all those who knew her.
She married George Draggon in 1978 - and together they welcomed their only son in July of 1971. David has 4 children who were Epsibah’s pride and joy. She was totally dedicated to her family here in Canada and in Jamaica.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend. To know her was to be part of her family because she lived for people and had a passion for caring for others.
Family wasn’t just a priority it was her purpose. Her love for them was unwavering and her strength came from being surrounded by those she held dear.
She had such a strong faith in God and was always thanking Him for His goodness and always encouraging others with her words of wisdom.
Epsibah leaves behind a legacy of compassion, faith and joy. The echoes of her voice, her laughter, and her love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Epsibah will be lovingly remembered and missed by her son David (Daughter in law Marlene), Monica, Daniel Granddaughters Jelisa, Tiandra, Amaryah, Grandson David Jr., Great grandson Kairo, brothers Ruddy, Trevor a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on June 28, 2025, at 11am at Woodbine Heights Baptist Church 1171 Woodbine Ave East York, ON, M4C 4E1
