August 6, 1937 - March 28, 2022

Shiu Kwong (Tim) Eng, 84, of Toi Shan, China, passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's dementia on March 28th, 2022.
He will be remembered for his love of cooking which was evident in owning his own family restaurant in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec.
He leaves behind his loving wife Choi-Sin (Janet), sons Benny & Billy, and daughter Goldie.

I’m sorry for the family to lose Mr.Eng who was an exceptionally hardworking father who dedicated his life raising and supporting his family before falling victim to Alzheimer’s.
It’s comforting to know that Mr.Eng is now in a better place where he no longer suffers from dementia.
