February 13, 1932 -  January 12, 2020

Passed away at the age of 87 years on Sunday, January 12th, 2020, following surgery at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late James Toguri. Loving mother to Robert (Amanda), Jamie (Maggie), David (Ana), Joel (Helen) and the late John Toguri. Cherished grandmother (Obachan) to Logan, Sam, Joe, Joshua, Jenna, Aaron, Ethan, Nathan and Owen. Sister to Alfred, Carrie and predeceased by Tsutomu, Tomiko, Amy, and Molly. She was loved by all of her family with special focus on her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and her dogs Koto and Gilmour. She had a very keen interest in sports, particularly the Toronto Maple Leafs, Tennis, Toronto Raptors, and the Toronto Blue Jays. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mississauga Humane Society would be appreciated.

We are deeply saddened by the news of your loss. While she will be missed dearly, I hope you can find some comfort in that she lives on through her beautiful family.
