Mrs. Elizabeth Nerad passed away peacefully in her sleep at Valleyview Residence on February 8, 2023. Recently celebrating over 70 years of marriage to her beloved husband Mr. Jaromir Nerad. Mother of Milena, Mike, and Jarmila. Grandmother of Gabriela , Daniela, Patrick, Joseph, Thomas, Christopher, Meghan, Whitney, and Tara. Great grandmother to Clara, Alex, Jaxxon, and Lucas. Sister to Frank. Elizabeth was born in Ostrava- Vitkovice, Czech Republic on January 23, 1932 to parents Joseph and Gabriela Pavlinek. Elizabeth will always be remembered for her great love of life and helping everyone with health foods and supplements, any family members, acquaintances, or strangers. Her favorite pastimes were to play piano,her love of the ocean, her love for horses, sports, baking, and spending time with her large family from Canada, The United States, and the Czech Republic. Many thanks to the staff of 4 East Valleyview Residence for their great kindness, and tender care of Elizabeth for over four years, being in a residence she called home. Our hearts are filled with gratitude. As Elizabeth is received by God, we are all at peace that she is being surrounded by her mother, father and her dearly departed relatives.

Babi, you will always stay in our hearts forever. Your "rules to live by" will stay with all of us and be remembered by our children. You were always a presence and Matriarch to our family. You will be dearly missed but your spirit will remain in our hearts forever.

As God receives you with open arms may perpetual light shine upon you. May your soul rest in eternal peace.

Elizabeth will be cremated and inferred at a later date at York Cemetery followed by a celebration of life at a later date.
