Libby passed away peacefully with family by her side on January 12, 2021 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Frank Francis; loving mother of Frank (Maryann), Mark (Judi), and Elizabeth (Richard Bauer); cherished grandmother of Ryan, Sara (Ian), Brett (Jacqueline), Laurel (Peter), Kaitlin, Erick (Stefanie), Alex (Sara); proud great-grandmother of Jordan, Charlie, Finley, Benjamin and Samantha. She will also be lovingly remembered by her brother Ivor (Helen) Roberts and extended family both in Canada and abroad. A private family service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at York Cemetery.
