Surrounded by her children, Efstratia passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 11th, 2020. She is succeeded by her mother, Aspasia Arvanitelis, and her brother, Christos Arvanitelis. She was a devoted and cherished mother to Aspasia Boukistianos (Evangelos) and Patrick Ryan (Alysia) and a loving Yiayia to Konstantinos and Efstratia Boukistianos. She will also be remembered and cherished by her loving extended family and her dearly valued friends. As an active member of the Greek Orthodox community, Efstratia proudly served as the Secretary of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church for the past 13 years. Her dedication to the church will be remembered fondly by all.

The family welcomes visitation at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (3840 Finch Ave E, Scarborough, Ontario) from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm on Thursday August 13th. The funeral will take place on Friday August 14th at 11:00 am at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
