Eekaterini "Rina" Dizes

October 8, 1936 - January 12, 2021

After struggling with dementia, Rina passed away peacefully on January 12, 2021, in her 84th year. Cherished wife of her late husband Kosta (d. 2010) Loving mother of Angela (Tom) and Jim. Proud Yiayia of her dear granddaughter Emily. Rina was born in Paleopanagia, Greece, eldest child of the late George and Stavroula Kalogeras. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
A private funeral service will take place with interment at York Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.

Our hearts are heavy at the passing of our dear Theia Rina, condolences to Angela, Jim, Tom and Emily. She was our dad's big sister and we all looked up to her. She will always be remembered for her big heart and beautiful smile. May her memory be eternal.
