Edward Moussa

November 14, 1969 -  January 31, 2020

It is with a heavy heart that the Moussa family announces the passing of Edward Moussa on January 31st, 2020, at age 50, surrounded by family and friends. Edward was beloved husband to his wife Zizzette, and wonderful father to his sons John and Brandon. Son of Jean and Alice, and brother to Elias (Lana), Pierre (Christina), and Mirelle. Proud uncle to Nicole, Rebecca, Andrew, Rachel, Gabriella, and Joelle. He was loved by all who knew him, and will forever be remembered by his family and friends. All are welcome to attend the visitation and funeral. Visitation will be held from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Tuesday, February 4th, at THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, (South of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd, 905-579-6787). The funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, February 5th, at St Barsaumo Syriac Orthodox Church, (3250 Denison St. in Markham). Burial will be held after the funeral at the Thornton Cemetery and Funeral Centre, with a reception to follow. In Lieu of flowers, donations to St Barsaumo Syriac Orthodox Church would be appreciated.
